EncryptUSB is designed to automatically encrypt files on your portable (external) USB device but if you want to encrypt files from another location (such as your PC’s internal drive or a network drive) then just copy them into your EncryptUSB drive and they will be automatically encrypted.

Except for the initial encryption, EncryptUSB only encrypts files that have changed or are new since the last encryption. It skips files that already encrypted.
EncryptUSB will automatically encrypt all files on your drive. You can exit from the EncryptUSB application (via the Windows notification area popup menu) to temporarily disable encryption.
Your files automatically get decrypted by EncryptUSB every time you access your file from the external drive. When EncryptUSB is running, files on your drive in Windows Explorer looks like regular files. But when EncryptUSB is not running (because you have manually exited EncryptUSB), your files on the drive have extension .clevx and show a lock icon
Yes. The application works within the external drive and will work the same when used in other computers running a Windows OS. Make sure you launch it once by double-click on EncryptUSB.exe on your drive.
