My DataLock app is stuck. How do I fix it?

An unresponsive app can often be corrected by doing any of these:
• Check that your Bluetooth is still ON
• Properly unplug the drive (see What’s the best way to unplug a DataLock BT drive?) and re insert it.
• Stop a running app and restart it.

o To stop an app on some iOS devices: Double-click the Home button (displays all open apps). Then swipe the DataLock app up off the top of the active screen.
o To stop an app on Android: Press the Recent Apps button and swipe the app you want to close.

But why did it happen?
This could happen if the Bluetooth connection is lost or if you removed the DataLock BT drive before it was ready.
